International Day of Clean Air 2023

The aim of this campaign is to advocate and raise awareness for the stop of unsafe pesticide use or misuse in Maasai Mara Kenya which includes the use of pesticides banned by the government, lack of self-protection while using and handling pesticides, incorrect pesticide storage, over-spraying and improper handling of pesticide containers.The Impact of this Campaign is to ensure that the school going children and the people of Mbitin,Sekenani and Talek Villages who suffer from asthma have access to fresh and clean air free from allergens emanating from these toxic pesticides.
